If your sync is failing and you see a red error, this may be due to JIRA network connectivity issues or changes within your security settings that interfere with our ability to retrieve the latest information from your JIRA instance. In this case, contact your JIRA admin to try syncing the Wizeline add-on from the Wizeline Connect configuration area. If that does not work, then this may be due to security settings within your JIRA instance, and you will need to work with your JIRA admin and IT team to resolve.
