Why do i see “No estimate available” in the JIRA reporting?

If you are seeing a “No estimate available” message in the JIRA details of your features, this could be because the JIRA issues that have been mapped to the feature do not contain an estimate. This can be resolved by going to the mapped JIRA issues in JIRA and filling out the field that you have chosen for your estimate field.

Can't remember which JIRA estimate field you configured to use with Wizeline? In Wizeline, go to Settings > Integrations > JIRA Settings and view the field selected for your estimate-based progress.

If you can't find the estimate field on your JIRA issue in JIRA, contact your JIRA system admin to make sure that the field is visible on your JIRA issue.
