JIRA Server: Why do I always see 0% in progress even though I know my JIRA issues are in progress?

If you do not see any of your issues in progress in Wizeline, this is likely because you haven’t updated the Wizeline add-on in your JIRA instance. The new JIRA reporting in Wizeline gives visibility into the issues “in progress,” but this new reporting will only work if you have updated your JIRA instance to use the latest version of Wizeline’s JIRA add-on.

To resolve, please have your JIRA system admin go to your JIRA instance > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Wizeline Connect, and update the Wizeline Connect add-on.
