Why can’t I configure my JIRA integration within Wizeline?

If you're unable to access the JIRA integration settings area of Wizeline, you may need to install or update to the latest version of the JIRA add-on in your JIRA instance. You can install the latest version of our add-on by visiting the Wizeline listing on the Atlassian Marketplace.

If you already use the Wizeline add-on and are on Server JIRA, you can upgrade to the newest version of the add-on by having your JIRA admin go to Administration within your JIRA account, then visit Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Wizeline JIRA Connector > then click “Upgrade.”

» Tip: Only Admin users within Wizeline are able to configure JIRA integration settings.
