Once you’ve created a test request — or once you’ve received requests from your team — go to Requests in the left side navigation. Click “Review Now” on a request and then select “Add a New Feature.”

Next, you can edit the title and description, and also set the status of the new feature that will be created in your backlog.
When you’re ready, click “Save Feature.” This action converts the request into a feature, which will now appear in your backlog. To see it, click back to Features in the left side navigation.
