Requests Via Email

On paid Wizeline plans, each of your products can be configured to have its own email alias that accepts requests. To receive requests via email, follow these steps:


Step 1

Go to Settings > Email Request and click the toggle to an active state.



Step 2

Copy and paste the resulting email and send an email to it. Be sure to include both a Subject (request title) and Body (request description).


Step 3

Verify the setup is working by clicking to view Requests (left side navigation) for the product associated with your email alias. The email’s subject should display as the request’s title; the body of the email should display as the request’s description.

Note that each product in Wizeline can be configured to have its own requests-creation email alias, which enables you to keep a clean backlog of requests in each of your products.
