Your team can submit feature requests through a variety of different channels. Contributors from functional areas like Sales or Customer Success can submit feature requests through the Product Tracker app in Salesforce, and any team member can submit a request directly in Wizeline.
If you’re an Editor or an Admin user, go to Features, select the Requests and then click Create Request.
Evaluators are able to submit requests by going to Features and clicking Create Request
You can also use our API to include feature request functionality wherever it makes the most sense in your existing workflow. Contact your Wizeline rep for more information on API access, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
